This type of heat exchanger consists of a shell (a large pressure vessel) with a bundle of tubes inside it. We have extensive experience in the design and manufacture of high-pressure and high-temperature shell and tube heat exchangers. Our blend of process/mechanical design experience, together with our in-house machining and tube-to-tube sheet joint technology, puts us in a very unique position. Our heat exchanger pressure can be taken up to 200 bar with a temperature of up to 1000 degrees Celsius with boiler-grade material used from certified vendors.
